Watch The Dog Stars 2026 on HuraWatch – A Gripping Sci-Fi Survival Adventure

A World Where Survival Is Only the Beginning

What would you do if a deadly pandemic destroyed civilization and left you with almost nothing to live for? The Dog Stars 2026 explores this frightening possibility through Hig, a young pilot trying to survive in a world filled with danger, isolation, and uncertainty.

After losing his wife, Hig lives at an isolated homestead with Bangley, a military survivalist. Their careful routine helps them stay alive, but a mysterious radio signal makes Hig question whether staying hidden is really the best way forward.

A Mysterious Signal and a Dangerous Journey

The broadcast gives Hig a reason to venture beyond the safety of his home. His search for answers creates tension between the need to survive and the desire to find human connection. Along the way, he must face threats from dangerous scavengers known as Reapers and make difficult decisions about whom he can trust.

Jacob Elordi stars as Hig, with Josh Brolin as Bangley. Margaret Qualley, Guy Pearce, Allison Janney, and Benedict Wong also appear in the ensemble. Ridley Scott directs the film, with Mark L. Smith adapting Peter Heller's novel.

Why Sci-Fi Fans Should Explore This Movie
